Schedule Highlights
Days 2–3: Mastery Training
Two full days of intensive five-hour sessions covering Pilates principles, biomechanics, cuing refinement, and teaching methodology.
Days 4–5: Equipment & Excursions
Two-hour equipment-based classes in the morning, followed by spa treatments, snorkeling, and island adventures in the afternoon.
Day 6: Closing & Departure
An optional morning mobility session and closing ceremony before departure. Return home inspired and renewed.
